Anni Albers

A vital member of the Bauhaus, where she began her career and took up weaving under the tutelage of Gunta Stölzl, Anni Albers was a German textile artist and printmaker. Along with her husband Josef, the duo blurred the lines between traditional art and craft, creating works that were as current then as they are now, bought to you today in the form of statement rugs by Christopher Farr.
